Into The Unwritten
Terms
Updated 13 October 2026
Draft, not yet reviewed. The company's organisation number, postal address and email address are still to come, and the page may change before the site opens.
These terms apply to this site and to accounts for Into The Unwritten. The game is still being made. When it is sold it comes with terms of its own, and on Kickstarter, Kickstarter's terms apply to backing it.
Who we are
This site and the game are run by VNDLY Group AB, Sweden ("we"), organisation number to come, postal address to come. You can write to us at email address to come or through the contact page.
The site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here, and to share screenshots and short clips to talk about the game. The words, pictures, music and films on this site belong to us. Using them for anything else, such as selling them or presenting them as your own, needs our permission first.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to make an account.
- One account per person. A sign in link or code is all it takes to enter your account, so keep your email safe.
- We may suspend an account that is used to cheat others, to break the law or to harm the game. If we do, we tell you why.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Invites and codes
Before the Kickstarter, the game is open to invited players. Invite codes and codes for items, such as Kickstarter rewards, are personal: what a code gives belongs to the account that uses it. Codes may not be sold or traded for money, and a code that was sold or obtained by fraud may be cancelled, along with what it gave.
Playing before release
If you play before the game is released, you are playing something unfinished. Rules change, beasts are rebalanced, things break, and saved campaigns may have to be reset. The record of your fights helps us balance the game (see privacy).
The newsletter and the Kickstarter
Signing up to hear about the Kickstarter is free, and every letter has a link to leave. The Kickstarter is not open yet. When it opens, pledges and rewards are handled on Kickstarter under its terms, and what the campaign offers is set out on its page.
What we can promise
We work to keep the site and the accounts running, but we cannot promise that they are always there or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
Closing
If we ever close the accounts before the game is released, we tell account holders by email first.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if a change matters to account holders, we tell them by email before it applies.
The law
Swedish law applies. A dispute is settled by a Swedish court, unless the law of your country gives you the right to take it to a court there. As a consumer you can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish board for consumer disputes.
